Focusing on Dental Health this Winter

Happy New Year!  Here at Park Road Veterinary Clinic, we are kicking off 2019 with our Flip the Lip campaign.  From January 1st until March 31st, give us a call to book your cat or dog in for a FREE dental exam with one of our expert technicians.  They will Flip the Lip and examine your pet’s teeth and gums, fill out a customized “report card” on their dental health, and provide you with a plan for keeping their smile beautiful for years to come! You will also receive a dental health gift bag, containing a dental diet sample bag toothbrush, and more.

We are running our Dental “Smile” Contest again this year.  Send us a photo of your pet’s best toothy grin through email or over Facebook, and you’ll be entered to win a dental-themed gift basket containing bags of dental food, dental treats, toys, and more!

According to the Veterinary Dental Society, 80% of dogs and 70% of cats have dental disease by the age of three. It can affect your pet’s internal organs, heart, and cause them pain. The good news is that proper dental care can help keep your pet’s teeth and gums healthy and clean.  Studies have shown that regular veterinary dental care can even increase a pet’s life by two to five years!

So, let’s work together on a healthier smile for your pets today!  If you have any questions, or to book an appointment, give us a call at 519-759-3031 or send us an email at info@parkroadvet.com.
